I lost money becuase when I Transact it showed double transaction and in actual I withdraw only once from ATM

You should report it to customer care and lodge a formal complaint and get the receive number.Tracking duplicate double transaction from a International ATM may take few weeks Or both but if you follow you will defiantly get money back
